Project & Exhibition

Project

The class will be brought to a close via an exhibition of Projects that represent the lessons covered during the training. Such projects could be a Group Project or Personal Project.

Group Project

Group projects are executed on-behalf of the class, and would includes dresses made for selected staff members. To achieve this, all members of the class are required to make a contribution of five hundred (N500) each to this effect. The following are the group projects:

1. Overall Gown for the State Coordinator
2. Long Sleeve shirt for the A.D SAED
3. Long Sleeve Shirt for the Camp Director

   • Cash payment should be made to the Class Reps.

Personal Projects

Personal projects are optional, and tailored for individual members of the class who can afford it and they include;

1. Personal Dress: Members of the class who wish to make personal dresses would be required to pay only for materials that will be used. The sowing will form part of the practical aspects of the class. The amount to be paid are as follows:
   • Brown Paper for Pattern Drafting: N500
   • Ankara Fabric (2 Yards): N2,000
   • Payment Account: 4837553822 – MoniePoint – Fashion Design SAED Project.
   • Cash payment should be made to the Class Rep.
2. Customised Jotter/Calendar: In partnership with the ICT SAED Class, members of the class who wish to make congratulatory jotter or calendar to mark a successful orientation course will have the opportunity to do so  at the following prices:
   • 1 copy of Jotter: N1, 300
   • 2 copies of Jotter: N2,000
   • Calendar: N1,000 per copy

   • Cash payment should be made to the Class Rep.
3.  Photo Enlargements: Also in partnership with the Film & Photography SAED Class, members of the class who wish to make photo enlargement can do so at the following prices:
   • 6/8 Size: N3,500
   • 8/10 Size: N4,500
   • 10/12 Size: N5,500

   • Cash payment should be made to the Class Rep.

Exhibition

All group and personal projects will be displayed for exhibition on the appointed date as the State Coordinator in the company of the A.D SAED and other camp officials will be coming around for inspection. A member of the class will be appointed to address the officials during this occasion.

Take note of the following:

1. Receipt of payment should be forwarded to Group Leaders for documentation.
2. Jotter Photographs should be sent to 09077431371 on WhatsApp.
3. Photographs for frame should be sent to 07063394212 on WhatsApp.
4. Ensure to send your photograph as soon as you make your payment.
5. Feel free to inform your friends in other skills as anyone within the camp community can participate in any of the personal projects (Clothes, Jotter & Photo Enlargement).

Note: All personal projects will be distributed to the owners after the exhibition by the Class Governor.
